The operators and service providers of the LaKi platform (hereinafter referred to as "LaKi" or "we") attach great importance to the protection of user personal information and privacy. LaKi is a social product we provide. When you use our services, we may collect and use your relevant information. Therefore, we have formulated a privacy policy covering how to collect, store, use, share and protect user information. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms used in this policy have the same meaning as those in the LaKi User Agreement.
According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardians before using the "LaKi" service. Article 1 What personal information do we collect about you?
The business functions we provide rely on some information to operate. If you choose to use this business function, you need to provide us with or allow us to collect the necessary information. During your use of LaKi's services, LaKi may collect, store and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or enjoy certain services we provide, or achieve the expected results of related services.
In order to provide you with statistical and analytical services, our App integrates Umeng+ SDK, which will collect your device identity information (such as IMEI/androidID/IDFA, etc.) and elastic ID (OAID). We will not share your personal identity information with third parties.
1. When you register for LaKi services, "LaKi" may collect the information you fill in when registering your account, such as your nickname, mobile phone number, Facebook and other information. The collection of this information is to help you complete the registration of "LaKi" and ensure the security of your "LaKi" account. Your name, mobile phone number and other information are sensitive personal information provided by you. This information is collected to meet the requirements of the online real-name system of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use our services normally. If you actively provide your sensitive information, it means that you agree that we will process your personal sensitive information in accordance with the purposes and methods described in this policy. In addition, "LaKi" will also collect information obtained when you use the service, including but not limited to the following information: gender, age, geographic location, photos, etc., so that you can use the "LaKi" service functions normally. In addition to personal information, "LaKi" will also collect some information that is not related to users, including but not limited to IP address, access time, browser type, etc. This information will be used for platform management, behavior tracking, and improving the quality of platform services. It is also the basic information that "LaKi" must collect to provide you with services.
2. When you use the "LaKi" voice chat function, the text messages you upload will be stored on our server for 24 hours. Since storage is necessary to achieve this function, we will store them in an encrypted manner and you can delete them at any time. Unless you choose to do so or comply with relevant laws and regulations, "LaKi" will not disclose or use the user's original content to a third party, or use it for other channels other than this function.
3. When you use the voice and camera functions, we will use your camera and microphone permissions after obtaining your consent to ensure that you can use the corresponding functions and services normally. In addition, you can also turn off the relevant functions at any time. Please note that when you turn on these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use personal information to achieve the above functions. If you turn off the permissions, that is, cancel these authorizations, we will no longer continue to collect and use your personal information, and we will not be able to provide you with the above functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to turn off permissions will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
4. When you use the "Recommendation" function, we will record your geographic location information after obtaining your consent to provide you with this service. This information is personal sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information will only make you unable to use the above functions, but will not affect your normal use of other "LaKi" functions. In addition, you can also turn off the relevant functions at any time.
5. We will not collect information in your address book without your permission. When you use the address book function, we will irreversibly encrypt your address book information and only collect the encrypted information. The above information is personal sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information will only make you unable to use the above functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of "LaKi".
6. In addition, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without seeking your authorization or consent in the following circumstances:
1) Directly related to national interests such as national security and national defense security; directly related to major public interests such as public safety, public health, and public awareness;
2) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
3) To protect your or other individuals’ life, property, reputation and other major legal rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
4) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by you yourself;
5) Collecting personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
6) Necessary for signing and performing a contract according to your requirements;
7) Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;
8) Necessary for conducting news reporting in accordance with the law;
9) When conducting statistical or academic research for the public interest and providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the outside world, the personal information contained in the results shall be de-identified;

Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a function or service is not mentioned in the above description and your information is collected, we will explain the content, scope and purpose of information collection to you separately through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc., in order to obtain your consent.
Please note that LaKi will not actively allow third parties to obtain your personal information. If you need to obtain your personal information indirectly from a third party due to business development in the future, we will clearly explain to you the source, type, scope of use, scope of authorization, etc. of your personal information before obtaining it. When a third party provides personal information, we will obtain your explicit consent before processing your personal information; in addition, we will strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.
Article 2 "LaKi" Information Storage

We will collect user personal information in accordance with laws and regulations so that you can use LaKi more safely and reliably .
2.2 Information Storage Period
Generally, we will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it, such as:
Email / mobile phone number/FACEBOOK account/GOOGLE account: If you need to use the "LaKi" service, we need to retain your mobile phone number / email to ensure that you can use the service normally. When you log out of the "LaKi" account, we will delete the corresponding information.
When our products or services cease operating, we will notify you through push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time.
2.3 Information Security
In the "LaKi" social network, user profiles contain user information, and users can select friends and non-friends in their profiles to view. We strive to ensure the security of user information and prevent information loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure.

(1) We have used security measures that meet industry standards to protect the personal information you provide to prevent unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss of data. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information.

In principle, we do not charge any fees for your reasonable requests, but we will charge a certain cost for repeated requests or requests that exceed reasonable limits. We will be unable to respond to your request in the following circumstances:

(8) Involving trade secrets.
Article 3 Use of Information
3.1. We will use your personal information for the following purposes:
(1) Provide you with personalized services.
(2) Help us design new services and enhance existing service experience.

We will inform you of the relevant circumstances and continue to protect or require the new controller to continue to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards no less stringent than those required by these guidelines.

"LaKi" contains some links to external platforms, and "LaKi" is not responsible for the privacy management and behavior of these platforms. When users jump to external platforms, they should read the privacy policy of the platform. The privacy regulations provided here are only used by "LaKi" to collect and manage user information.
Article 6 Your Rights
As a "LaKi" user, you have the right to correct, delete your personal information, and cancel your account during the use of "LaKi". In addition, we have also set up a complaint reporting channel, and your opinions will be handled in a timely manner.
